Added Rename Global

Added option to rename a global.
Added option to delete a global (Project Wide)

Both options come with warning: Operation Cannot be Undone or Canceled.
When making changes "project wide" every dialog object needs to be edited.
Still, if you edit a global well ... its faster than doing every dialog yourself.

Fixed Incorrect highlight on buttons

Changed Chat Text to use word wrap
Added a check for new lines and forces JS backquote for that case.
